These terms cover your use of ParfAI (parfai.org), including the catalog, Dupe Finder, Find My Scent, Weather-Aware Pick, and the community pages. By using the site, you agree to them.

What ParfAI is

ParfAI is a fragrance discovery site. We help you browse, compare, and find fragrances using our catalog and matching tools, and we link out to retail partners where you can buy them. We don't sell fragrances directly, and we don't process any payments ourselves.

Using the site

• You must be able to form a binding agreement in your country to create an account, generally meaning you're old enough to do so under local law.
• Keep your account details accurate and your login secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Don't misuse the site: no scraping the catalog at scale, no attempts to disrupt the service, no impersonating another person or brand.

Reviews and community content

When you post a review, rating, or other content, you're confirming it's your own honest experience or opinion, and you're giving ParfAI permission to display it on the site. We may remove content that's abusive, spam, or clearly false.

Affiliate links and retail partners

ParfAI links out to retail partners we currently have an active affiliate relationship with. We may earn a commission when you buy through these links, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. Any purchase you make happens on the retailer's own site, under their own terms, pricing, and return policy. We aren't responsible for the accuracy of prices, stock, or product details shown by a third-party retailer, or for issues with an order once you leave our site.

Content on ParfAI, including fragrance descriptions and matching suggestions, is for general interest and discovery only. It isn't medical, allergy, or professional advice. If you have sensitivities or allergies to fragrance ingredients, check with a qualified professional and the product's own ingredient listing before buying or using anything.

Our content

The ParfAI catalog, design, and site content belong to ParfAI unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial fragrance research. Please don't copy or republish the catalog elsewhere without asking us first.

We aim to keep ParfAI running smoothly, but we don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may update, change, or remove features over time as the site grows.
